  • How can I buy something from you? I don’t see a shopping cart.
    • Our focus is custom work, so we don’t maintain any pre-made stock for sale – everything we sell is created specifically for each order. If you see something on our site that you like, just drop us an email and we will work with you to create a version for you. We invoice all orders through PayPal or Google Checkout.
  •  Do you give bulk discounts?
    • Absolutely! Customized glassware and promotional items are great for any business, and we offer bulk and case pricing for large orders with the same image. Contact us for more information and to start a quote.
  • What’s your minimum order size?
    • One. We are a custom shop and recognize that most people don’t want 25 of the same glass or 50 vinyl decals. We do offer price breaks for larger orders, but we love getting to create cool projects for our customers, regardless of the order size.
  • What kind of images can you etch/engrave? 
    • Just about anything and everything, provided the images are owned by you, publicly available, custom created by us, or edited to the point  where the final image is altered enough from the original to be used under artistic license. We will not mass-produce any items with copyrighted logos or imagery.
  • Do you charge setup fees? 
    • We don’t charge setup fees for orders, but we do charge for design time. Design time is charged at $60/hr in 15 minute increments, with the first 15 minutes free with every order. Those 15 minutes cover basic design – prepping an image, creating vector masks, sizing, alignment, and color correction. Any additional charges will be discussed prior to a final quote.
