here is a brief summary of the process you can expect when working with us.

CONTACT US WITH YOUR QUESTION, IDEA OR ARTISTIC VISION
- We’ll discuss options, feasibility, timelines and pricing. If we can’t make what you want - we may know someone who can!
FOR PRODUCT BRANDING
- A proof may be sent for approval and a deposit may be collected before we purchase necessary material.
- Once we have your material in hand the average turnaround time is 3-5 days. We will always keep you updated on any changes to your project’s timeline.
FOR CUSTOM ART
- Design proofs and mockups will be produced as needed and deposits will be collected for any custom art creation.
- Custom art is…custom art and sometimes it take a bit more time and effort to create. Timelines will vary by project and we will always confirm that our estimated timeline will work for you prior to beginning work.
DELIVERY / PICKUP
- We ship via UPS, unless otherwise requested. We strive to keep shipping costs at a minimum and reuse and recycle as much packaging material as possible. If you are local to Missoula, pickup at our location on west Mullan Road is by appointment, or business delivery can be arranged.
